I've been helping a small food business evaluate new warehousing and distribution partners, and one topic that keeps coming up is gfsi food safety certification. Some customers seem to consider it a major requirement, while others focus more on pricing and delivery performance. We want to choose partners that meet industry expectations, but we're also trying to understand how much value GFSI recognition adds in day-to-day business. For those working in food manufacturing, storage, or distribution, has GFSI certification made a noticeable difference in winning customers or improving operations?
