If your Laview camera offline issue appears, it usually means the camera has lost connection to the internet or the NVR. It may happen due to Wi-Fi problems or power interruptions or even because incorrect settings were made for networking. So, first, check on your internet connection and ensure your router has the best of working condition. Restart both the camera and NVR to refresh the connection.

Do check for updates of the Laview app, because an outdated version could cause disconnection issues. Also, check the camera's IP settings in the NVR menu. In case you have recently changed your Wi-Fi password or your network, you will have to reconnect your camera with the new credentials.

Should the problem persist, go ahead and perform a factory reset Laview NVR. This will wipe away all the current settings and put it back into default so you can set it up properly with your camera. After the reset, hopefully, you'll re-add your camera and test live feed.

Most of the time, by following the recommendations mentioned above, you will be able to bring your camera out from being offline and have it back smoothly working for your constant monitoring and security.
