When I save public Instagram media for personal reference, I like the file to look as close to the original post as possible. A clean image or video is easier to review later and fits better into my reference folders. Was saving Instagram media in a clean format simple for you?

Clean saved files are easier for me to organize and review later. I prefer downloading the actual public media rather than taking screenshots because the result fits better into normal folders and viewers. It also keeps the visual consistent with the original post. For personal reference collections, that makes the whole archive feel much neater.
