I think I'm going to walk away from a car that passed inspection and that feels

I'm in a strange situation and I need some outside perspective because I'm not sure if I'm being smart or just overthinking myself into a bad decision. I found a 2017 Mercedes GLC that I really liked, the seller seemed decent, and I paid for a full inspection which came back mostly clean. The inspector noted some wear on the front suspension components that he said was normal for the mileage and not urgent, and a small oil seep from the valve cover that he said was common on these engines and wasn't leaking enough to worry about yet. Everything else checked out, no accident damage, good compression, transmission shifting smoothly. By all objective measures, this is a solid car that should be fine for years with normal maintenance. But for some reason I just can't shake this feeling that something isn't right. The seller has been a bit pushy about closing the deal quickly, and when I asked if he'd be willing to come down on the price to account for the suspension work that will be needed in the next year or so, he got a bit defensive and said the car is priced fairly and if I want a new car I should buy one. It wasn't a huge deal but it just rubbed me the wrong way. Now I'm sitting here with a clean Pre Purchase Car Inspection report and a seller who's waiting for my answer, and I'm leaning toward walking away even though the car itself seems fine. Has anyone else ever walked away from a car that passed inspection just because the seller gave you a bad feeling? Am I being ridiculous or is that gut feeling worth listening to even when the facts say the car is okay? I just don't want to regret either decision.
