Can I run two Vinted accounts?

I've been selling clothes from my own closet on Vinted, and now I want to turn it into a small resale business. I was thinking about keeping my personal items on the account I already have and opening another one for inventory I buy specifically to resell. If the accounts are meant for different purposes, the inventory needs to stay completely separate too.
