How do we move acquired brand accounts?

My company recently bought two small skincare brands, and both came with active TikTok and Instagram accounts that already bring in customers. The former owners still have the trusted phones, while our marketing team now needs to take over the pages. Logging everything into one employee's phone doesn't seem like a good idea, and we can't keep asking the previous owners for help whenever a verification code appears. Could we give each brand its own cloud Android phone and let our staff open those devices remotely? How should we handle the transfer?

The account handoff and the device change should be handled separately. A new phone won't solve anything while recovery emails, numbers, or business permissions still belong to the former owners. Move those details over to the company first and confirm that your team can recover every account. Keep the old phones available until the first login from the new devices is approved, then remove the previous access.

Once the transfer is complete, a regular browser profile still won't cover the work your team does inside the mobile apps. You'll need a separate remote Android environment for each brand, plus a way to give employees access only to the phone they handle. Multilogin offers that through its Cloud Phone feature, but the phones use their own mobile minutes and sharing settings. Before moving established accounts, read about Multilogin Cloud Phone here: https://gologin.com/blog/multilogin-cloud-phone-review/ . Work out how many hours each brand spends in the apps during a normal week, then test the smaller one on a single profile. After a week, you'll know what the daily access costs and whether the account remains stable when different employees open the phone.
