DeVonta Smith may have entered the Naughty List with his touchdown celebration against the Cowboys on Saturday.Following a 9-yard touchdown from Gardner Minshew to make the score 34-27  Smith's second touchdown reception of the night  the second-year receiver made use of the NFL's Salvation Army kettle.
