I was involved in a discussion recently about a project where delays affected the overall schedule, but there were different opinions about what had actually caused them. Someone suggested using Forensic Delay Analysis to establish a clearer sequence of events and understand the impact of each delay. I have never worked with that process directly, so I am curious whether it usually helps create a more objective assessment or if different methodologies still result in conflicting conclusions.
